Leading compact to higher power. The AiO 500.

By Pedro Silva, CEO, i-charging

There is a moment in every infrastructure decision where two priorities collide: Maximum power and minimum footprint. Our new solution proves these priorities can, and should, work together.

The all-in-one 500 (AiO 500) is the result of that conviction. 500 kW from a single compact unit, with dynamic power allocation across two outputs, optional liquid cooled cables for high current applications, and compatibility with CCS, NACS or GB/T or combined in a single installation.

The context that shaped the product

Highway corridors are being redesigned. Fuel stations are being reimagined. High density urban locations are unlocking new opportunities for charging infrastructure at scale. The question these environments share is how to bring fast charging performance to the space that is actually available.

For sites where the layout allows it, a distributed architecture optimizes power across multiple outputs and vehicles simultaneously. For that our MAX provides capacity up to 1600 kW. Beyond large hub deployments, a growing number of sites require maximum power in minimum footprint. Highway stops where drivers expect ultra-fast charging within a short dwell time, fuel station replacements where the forecourt layout determines what is possible, high density retail and urban locations where the charging experience determines whether drivers return. For these sites, 500 kW in a single compact unit is our answer.

The AiO 500 was designed for exactly these sites.

500 kW. One unit.

Sites where space does not allow a distributed installation can now have 500 kW in a single compact unit. One connection, one power supply, minimal footprint.

The operational implications go beyond the installation itself. Faster charging at each visit means higher throughput without additional bays. A single unit serving two vehicles at high power simultaneously changes the economics of the site. And for operators already running i-charging deployments, it integrates directly into the same platform, under the same monitoring, with no change of partner or process.

Built different.

Three capabilities define the all-in-one 500.

Dynamic power allocation distributes available capacity across both outputs in real time, based on what each connected vehicle is drawing at any given moment. No operator input required. As more production vehicles support charging rates at or above 400 kW, a 400 kW charger becomes limited in the ability to serve two vehicles at high power simultaneously. The AiO 500 ensures installed capacity is never underutilised while simultaneously serving two vehicles.

Optional liquid cooled cables extend the application beyond passenger vehicles. Commercial and heavy-duty vehicles require higher sustained current over longer periods. Freight, coach and heavy transport operations can now share the same compact unit as passenger vehicle charging, without compromise.

CCS, NACS or GB/T, or a combination in a single installation. One unit, ready for deployment across multiple markets without hardware changes.

Effortless for every driver

A 32” display guides the driver through every session, the same interface that has defined i-charging solutions across retail, highway and urban locations. Plug&Charge, Autocharge, contactless payment, NFC, bank card, RFID and mobile payment options ensure every driver can charge regardless of how they choose to pay. An optional automatic cable management system for longer cables keeps the installation clean and accessible at every visit.

Part of an ecosystem built to adapt

The AiO 500 shares the same underlying architecture as every i-charging product. my.i-charging provides complete network visibility, monitoring performance in real time, diagnosing issues at component level remotely, and deploying OTA updates across the full network without a single visit. omni-e optimises on-site energy use, integrating renewables, managing storage and balancing charging demand according to each operation’s priorities.

For operators managing multiple sites, the all-in-one 500 integrates directly into existing i-charging deployments. New units appear on the same platform, under the same monitoring, with no change of partner or process. Installed capacity is visible in real time, issues are diagnosed remotely to maximize availability, and software updates are deployed across the full network without a site visit. The result is high uptime with low operational overhead, at any scale.

Service delivered by i-charging or certified partners in every market. One point of contact for the full project lifecycle, with support that grows as the operation grows.

The i-charging portfolio: a progression built on conviction

The AiO 500 is the next step in a progression that has consistently expanded what compact charging can deliver.

50 kW defined what urban fast charging could look like. 150 kW demonstrated that higher power and compact form factor strengthen each other. 500 kW establishes where compact charging goes from here.

Each step has been built on the same modular architecture, the same patented technology, the same underlying conviction: that infrastructure should deliver maximum power in the minimum footprint, and that every installation should be ready to grow with the operation it serves.
