i-charging is a technology company focusing on electric vehicle charging infrastructure. We have an in-house development offer, based on the deep knowledge of the sector, both on technology and market. We develop innovative hardware and software solutions that optimize our customer’s operations, smooth user experience and electric grid utilization. Position Summary

This role will have the main responsibilities to ensure company accounting activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Execution and validation of accounting,
Preparation of documentation necessary to comply with tax and legal obligations,
Calculation of monthly and annual taxes,
Compliance with all tax obligations,
Preparation of monthly and annual closing of accounts,
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and monitoring of audits,
Advice on accounting and tax matters,
Response to inquiries from various entities.

Interactions and Interfaces

Internally will interact with all the departments,
Externally will interact with several entities,
Reports to Accounting Coordinator.

Skills and Competences

Degree in management, economics, or accounting,
Enrollment in the Order of Certified Accountants,
Exceptional knowledge consolidation,
Excellent knowledge of Local GAAP & Tax compliance,
Minimum 7 years’ experience in accounting,
Knowledge about US GAAP/IFRS would be considered a plus,
Experience in Industry sector is a plus,
MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint,
Knowledge of ERP,
Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus,
Proficiency in English is a must (minimum B2 level – spoken and written),
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationship,
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
