Position Summary
The overall responsibility for this role will be to provide support for all HR activities, procedures and manage the HR team.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices to align with the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Oversee aspects of the human resources department, including employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations;
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures;
  • Conduct regular analysis of employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, and other data to identify trends and areas of improvement;
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and handle any HR-related audits;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll interface ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations;
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services;
  • Manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and development;
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Interactions and Interfaces
  • Internally will interact with all the departments;
  • Externally will interact with the accounting office and other entities;
  • Reports to Administrative, Finance, HR Director.
Skills and Competences
  • Master’s degree in human resources, psychology, or sociology;
  • Minimum of 8 years of previous experience in HR field;
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;
  • Knowledge of labor law, employment regulations and compliance;
  • Experience in providing guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures;
  • Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel;
  • Proficiency in English is a must (minimum B2 level – oral and written);
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationship.
