Accounting Technician

About i-charging
i-charging is a technology company focusing on electric vehicle charging infrastructure. We have in-house developed offer, based on the deep knowledge of the sector, both on technology and market. We develop innovative hardware and software solutions that optimize our customer’s operations, smooth user experience and the electric grid utilization. Position Summary
This role will have as its main responsibilities to ensure company accounting activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Customer invoicing/ Supplier invoicing registration,
  • Record payments and receipts in the treasury/accounting,
  • Analysis and recording of accounting data within the scope of accounting for customers and suppliers,
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations,
  • Response to inquiries from various entities,
  • Support for monthly and annual closing.
Interactions and Interfaces
  • Internally will interact with all the departments,
  • Reports to Accounting Coordinator.
Skills and Competences
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or economics,
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience as accounting,
  • MS Word, Excel, Power Point,
  • Knowledge of ERP,
  • Proficiency in English is a must (minimum B2 level – spoken and written),
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationship,
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

  • Working in an onsite setting

  • Authorized to work in Portugal
